It really did not dim or alter our appetites at all. I did not like the side effects myself, feeling shaky and heart racing a bit. I found that I had to take 2 tablets one hour before every meal to make it work. It cut down on my snacking where most of my bad calories were coming form. This product just cut my constant craving and allowed me to eat less and better food. You will still have to eat less and hopefully exercise more. You cannot take this product and keep eating like a pig and expect to lose weight - it will help but you have to work at it also.
