Obviously taking in diet and excercise, I can actually feel and then shortly after, see this results of this lotion. I started using it 9 months after giving birth. It may work or may not. You do have to wait the 4 weeks to see some "tight" and "lift" and "tuck" I would say. I purchased the mustela specific bust support on ebay and used it the night before, (you can use it on the legs, thighs, belly and breasts) and my tummy felt a little different this morning. SO I don't know which one works better, but I think after reapeat usage of the Avon you will see very slight results. Do it with the Pilates Complete for Weight Loss DVD and it will work together very well. I would reccomend to buy 2 bottles of this if you are going to start, cuz it will only last you 1 month if you use it very day, (which you should!!) so buy the time the 4 weeks pass and you do see some results, you have the next bottle to keep the belly "tucked" some more!
